Technical Support Engineer - 5 Roles

A Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to clients in person and remotely. Giving such assistance means that it's all about solving problems from the moment they call the customer service line until the caller’s issues are resolved.

 

Responsibilities
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Maintain jovial relationships with clients

 

Requirements and skills
• 2+ years of professional experience in Support or Customer facing role
• Solid knowledge of Cloud architecture, DevOps methodologies and design principles
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Technical Account Manager - 3 Roles

Lease IPx Networks is looking for a Technical Account Manager to drive further adoption, customer satisfaction through the technical expertise and ultimately providing highest level of customer service. This is a critical, high-visibility role for the company.

 

Responsibilities
• Provide the technical client relationship management for all assigned accounts and ensure that every client contract is renewed
• Manage customer expectations and work closely with sales team to ensure effective and efficient onboarding of new customers
• Must have the ability to see patterns and deconstruct problems to develop solutions.
• Deals with highly complex configurations including public cloud, specifically AWS.
• Engages and persuades technical, mid to senior level management up to executive level leadership.
• Customer centric mindset, with the ability to interface with support team on a daily basis.
• Drive greater usage/adoption over time
• Monitor customer feedback throughout the customer lifecycle to not only identify and prioritize at-risk accounts but also run standardised plays to mitigate churn
• Drive successful implementation of Lease IPx along with value in Lease IPx products through usage, technical documentation and adoption.
• Schedule periodic meetings with key stakeholders
• Advocate customer needs and issues among cross functional teams

A Digital Marketing Manger is a professional who is responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.

 

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales manager to drive sales and guide our sales team. The senior sales manager responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management. Affiliate Manager - 2 Roles

Lease IPx is looking for a hardworking self-starter, ambitious, multifaceted self-starter with experience in online search advertising marketing and media to join our Publisher Development team! Knowledge of and experience in digital media is required. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided. This is a remote position.

 

Responsibilities
• Quickly become well versed in our industry-leading products and services across search, mobile and display advertising
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with digital media publishers nationwide
• Acquire & Manage middle/top tier digital media publisher accounts and help develop account management strategies
• Monitor account activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase account-generated revenues
• Maintain a high level of communication with accounts, recommend new campaigns for accounts, and provide performance feedback to internal teams
• Supply creative packages, links, and reporting to accounts as needed
• Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in the ever-changing digital marketing landscape
• Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth

Requirements and skills
